We may need some bottom lip, so could we stick his teeth out a little or pull back his jaw perhaps? The vest I think shouldn't protrude so much either.
Those are the major pointers I'd make.
Short of that, for whoever models this, it's much easier to model the hands and ears as a straight horizontal rather than an angle. Just make it as a separate shape before rotating and combining for rigging. It will make life a little easier for you.
Also: careful with neck geometry. Too many vertical splines can make a neck very messy very quickly.
